We had a fantastic stay at this hotel while visiting the Xfinity Center. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the breakfast options were a hit with the kids. Plenty of choices kept our family satisfied, and the comfortable beds made for great nights of sleep.
For dads, it would be great to have more activities for kids around the hotel.

Indoor heated pool, family suites, responsive maintenance
Air conditioning barely cools the room!!! Noise from hallways was a nightly disturbance that ruined our sleep!!! Need stronger cleanliness checks to address dirty bedding and towels!!!

Do recommend for a momentary pause
Comfy room, helpful staff. Paul at the front desk was exceptionally amazing and recommended great places to eat in the area while our room was clean and perfect for a good night's rest after exploring the city close to the airport.
Totally satisfied.

My journey from doubt to delight
The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the breakfast spread was one of the best I've had at a hotel—everything from eggs to make-your-own waffles! Comfy beds added to the excellent experience.
On the downside, the air conditioning in our room struggled to keep up, taking far too long to cool down. There was also noise from nearby rooms that disrupted our night's sleep.

I had a good experience at this place. I enjoyed the diverse breakfast options in the morning. The staff made checking in easy and greeted me with warmth. The layout of the common areas was suitable for someone like me who values comfort during travel, especially when taking road trips with my partner.
More seating in common areas would be beneficial. Sometimes it felt crowded during breakfast.

Family with children, Great experience overall!
The breakfast was really nice with a make-your-own waffle station and fresh scrambled eggs! And I was impressed by how clean the rooms and pool area were, everything looked well taken care of.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but honestly worth it for the experience.
